Module Activities
Once the school committee has developed a research process model, all teachers must be introduced to it. The committee will determine which is the most appropriate manner this is to be done. In a smaller district or building, perhaps an all school in-service workshop can be conducted to share the committee's work. In a larger building, perhaps exposure at individual department meetings or grade level meetings would be more effective.

There is value in presenting information to an entire school so that everyone initially receives the same information. More detailed discussion and work can later be done at the department or grade level.

There are many professional development models.  The Metiri Group suggests these from the Indiana Department of Education: http://www.metiri.com/8Steps/Appendix8Steps.doc
