It must include the following elements, updated as necessary since Project Report II, and be clear enough and complete enough to be taught by another person. The items may be arranged in an order that best suits your project.

  1. Description of learner characteristics
  2. Your Project Problem Statement
  3. At least one lesson goal
  4. Multiple lesson objectives: content and Internet information literacy
  5. Extensive descriptions of all activities: learning methods and strategies
  6. A materials list
  7. Bibliography using an approved citation style
  8. Full descriptions of learning standards which this Project addresses (not just labels or designations)
  9. Appropriate assessment device(s) (include a copy of your rubric, quiz, discussion questions, forms, etc.)

At this time, the only additional information that may be needed depends on any changes you made since Project Report II. (Click on the link for more complete descriptions of Report components.)

cartoon speech bubble To Doc Sharing, post the following materials as myFinalProject.rtf. All attached documents must be saved in Rich Text Format (.rtf). If graphics, audio, or video are included, those files must be listed in the main document and saved to Doc Sharing using a similar naming convention to the final lesson plan

Submit your complete lesson or project plan -- described in sufficient detail for someone else to implement components 1-9 from the list above. Include all supplementary materials or documents needed to implement the Project.

clockStarting now, it is time to put your Project to the test. Team teach your lesson or run your Project experience with your project partner. Try out the activities and materials. Use your assessment device. Observe and record what happens.

Important! Be sure to observe carefully what happens and collect sufficient data in order to describe the results with respect to your original purpose (see 12.1 Evaluation Report for more details).
