Extended Week 1: Orientation | Search and Research.

We are going to take some time at the beginning of the course for an orientation to our online learning environment. This means we'll be stretching this first week to give you more time to explore. This will give you time to learn your way around, while completing the activities listed below. The first two weeks of the course are open to you, so you are free to work ahead.  We hope that this more open structure will let you plan your class work time effectively.

Each week you will see a menu of activities that cover our topics for the unit. Click on Activity 1: Complete the Orientation Activities to get started.

Activity 1: Complete the Orientation Activities. (Due by 9/30/2005)

Activity 5: Friday Conference 3:30 Call: Questions & Answers.

WK-1 Search Final Deadline: Those who have not completed all Week 1 Activities by Sunday November 2, 2005 will be dropped from the class. We've found that if you don't get a strong start, things just won't work out!

Please Note: Our class starts with a slower paced schedule. We provide extra time to help you to get used to course navigation and the IVHS eCollege system. We switch to a one module per week format starting on Monday, October 3, 2005.
